DecaGrowth designs and deploys custom AI systems for business growth and operations. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between DecaGrowth and the client.

The AI Audit is an initial scoping exercise. It does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes or obligate either party to a further engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is the property of DecaGrowth and may not be reproduced without written permission.

For client engagements, intellectual property ownership of deliverables is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom systems built for a client are owned by the client upon full payment.

4. Confidentiality

Any business information, workflows, or data you share with us during an engagement or audit will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

DecaGrowth provides services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or systems, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

6. No Warranties
